Revvity AlphaLISA Surefire Ultra Human Total VAV1 Detection Kit, Control Lysate

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total VAV1 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Positive Control Lysate: Prepared from THP1 cells, seeded at 300 K/mL and grown for two days in T175 flasks in 100 mL of 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were washed in HBSS + 0.1% BSA, adjusted to 2 x 106 cells/mL and treated with 2 mm pervanadate for 10 minutes. Cells were lysed with 5x SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
