NucleoTraPCR (100) 100 preps for PCR clean-up - The NucleoTraPCR PCR purification kit contains a modified matrix that cannot bind fragments smaller than 100 bp. It is ideal for separating PCR products from primers, primer-dimers, and free nucleotides after PCR is completed. Each 10 µl of suspension can extract 6 µg of DNA.
