Takara Terra PCR Direct Red Dye Premix \200 Rxns

Terra Direct PCR products are designed for direct PCR amplification from tissue samples, crude extracts, and dirty templates. The Terra Direct PCR Red Dye Premix includes an optimized 2X premix comprised of Terra Direct PCR Polymerase Mix, reaction buffer, dNTPs, and red gel-loading dye. A separate tube of Proteinase K is also included.
