This hot-start polymerase reliably amplifies even the toughest targets, including GC-rich regions, amplification in the presence of excess template that can contribute to nonspecific binding, and long amplicons up to 30 kb.Includes a 2X premix that contains all necessary components (enzyme, buffer, dNTP mix) for assay setup.
