The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL641 recognizes the human β-Catenin antigen, a 92 kDa dual function protein regulating the coordination of cell-cell adhesion and gene transcription. Β-Catenin is a subunit of the cadherin protein complex and acts as an intracellular signal transducer in the Wnt signaling pathway. As a component of adherens junctions, β-catenin binds cadherins, Tcf family transcription factors, and the tumor suppressor APC.
