Miltenyi Biotec Clone REA 880 recognizes the CD11a/CD18 heterodimer, also known as lymphocyte function–associated antigen 1 (LFA-1). LFA-1 is a member of the integrin family and consists of two chains, a (CD11a) and b2 (CD18). It is expressed on T and B cells as well as on macrophages and neutrophils.
