The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL1135 recognizes the CD247 (CD3ζ) glycoprotein, which is also known as T-cell surface glyocoprotein CD3 zeta chain. CD247 is part of the TCR-CD3 complex and is involved in T cell differentiation and in the regulation of adaptive immune response by coupling antigen recognition to several intracellular signal-transduction pathways.
