Miltenyi Biotec Clone REA810 recognizes the mouse granulocyte-differentiation antigen-1 (Gr-1) antigen, also known as Ly-6G, a 21–25 kDa, GPI-anchored cell surface protein. Cross-reactivity of Gr-1 with Ly-6C was not detected on hematopoietic cells that express Ly-6C and are negative for Ly-6G. Gr-1 is expressed on mature granulocytes in bone marrow and peripheral tissues.
