Miltenyi Biotec Clone REA911 recognizes the human CD140a single transmembrane glycoprotein, also known as platelet derived growth factor (PDGF) receptor α. CD140 a is a tyrosine-protein kinase which functions as a cell-surface receptor for PDGFA, PDGFB, and PDGFC and is involved in the regulation of embryonic development, cell proliferation, survival, and chemotaxis.
