Miltenyi Biotec Clone REA905 recognizes the human CD50 antigen, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as intercellular adhesion molecule 3 (ICAM-3). As a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, CD50 is closely related to ICAM-1 and consists of five immunoglobulin domains. It is expressed by leukocytes and is a ligand for CD11a (leukocyte adhesion LFA-1 protein).
