Miltenyi Biotec Clone 90.4 reacts with CD38, a 42 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein. CD38 is expressed on B cells, NK cells and a subset of thymocytes and peripheral T cells. CD38 expression is downregulated on mouse germinal center B cells and mouse mature plasma cells.
