Miltenyi Biotec Clone REAL1237 is an antibody fragment derived from the full MHC class II (I-A/I-E) antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL1237 recognizes the MHC class II (I-A/I-E) alloantigens that are expressed by most common inbred mouse strains, for example, C57BL/6, BALB/c, or 129/SvEv 1.
