Miltenyi Biotec Clone FM276 reacts with human CD276 (B7-H3), a type I transmembrane protein expressed at low levels in human liver, lung, bladder, testis, prostate, breast, placenta, lymphoid organs, and many human cancers. Surface expression can be induced on T cells, natural killer cells, and macrophages as well as on dendritic cells (DC) by IFN-γ and on monocytes by granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) and interleukin 4 (IL-4).
