The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL1315 recognizes the GP2 transmembranprotein, associated with the zymogen granule membranes, also known as Glycoprotein 2 and ZAP75. GP2 functions as an intestinal M-cells transcytotic receptor specific of type-I-piliated bacteria that participates to the mucosal immune response toward these bacteria. Glycoprotein 2 is expressed on pancreatic zymogen granule membrane and also on the apical plasma membrane of specialized microfold (M) cells among enterocytes and serves as a transcytotic receptor for mucosal antigens.
