Miltenyi Biotec Clone REA198 recognizes CD202b, which is 145 kDa type I transmembrane tyrosine kinase receptor. CD202b is composed of an amino-terminal ligand binding domain with immunoglobulin domains, epithelial growth factor and fibronectin-like 3 repeats, a single transmembrane domain, and an intracellular tyrosine kinase domain. Expression of CD202b is found on endothelial cells and a subpopulation of monocytes.
