The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL1136 recognizes the Cyclin E1, also known as CCNE1, that is a member of the highly conserved cyclin family. Cyclins are regulators of CDKs (Cyclin-dependent kinases). In a protein complex it functions as a regulatory subunit of CDK2, that is essential for the control of the cell cycle at the G1/S (start) transition. Cyclin E1 is present in testis and placenta and weakly expressed on bronchial epithelial cells.
