Miltenyi Biotec Clone REA744 recognizes the human CD121b antigen, also known as interleukin-1 receptor type II (IL-1R2). CD121b is a 60 kDa cytokine receptor, which is a ligand for interleukin-1 (IL-1). There are two forms of the IL-1 receptors.
