Miltenyi Biotec Clone REA669 recognizes the mouse CD160 antigen, which is also known as BY55. CD160 is a 27 kDa glycoprotein which is expressed at the cell surface as a tightly disulfide-linked multimer. It binds both classical and non-classical MHC class I molecules. CD160 is a ligand for HVEM (herpes virus entry mediator), which attenuates TCR-mediated signaling.
