Miltenyi Biotec Clone REA363 recognizes the human CD140b antigen, a single-pass type I membrane protein, also known as platelet-derived growth factor receptor beta (PDGFR-β). CD140b is broadly expressed in embryonic tissue and in cells of mesodermal origin in adult tissue as fibroblasts, smooth muscle cells, glial cells, and chondrocytes.
