Miltenyi Biotec Clone REA1075 recognizes the human CD6 antigen, a 100 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein. CD6 is expressed on the majority of T cells as well as on a subset of B cells in peripheral blood. The CD6 antigen is also expressed at low levels on immature thymocytes and at high levels on mature thymocytes.
