Miltenyi Biotec Clone REA713 recognizes the human CD11b antigen (Mac-1 α; integrin αM chain), which is part of the CD11b/CD18 heterodimer (Mac-1 α, Mβ2 integrin), also known as the C3 complement receptor. It functions as a receptor for complement (C3bi), fibrinogen, or clotting factor X.
