Miltenyi Biotec Clone REA440 recognizes the human CD307a antigen, a single-pass type I membrane protein which is also known as Fc receptor-like protein 1 (FcRL1) or immune receptor translocation-associated protein 5 (IRTA5). CD307a is preferentially expressed on naive and memory B cells. It has two ITAM-like motifs, an acidic glutamic acid residue in its transmembrane region, and three extracellular immunoglobulin-like domains.
