Miltenyi Biotec Clone REA510 recognizes the mouse MHC class II alloantigen I-Ek. It also recognizes the rat MHC class II antigen RT1D and cells from mice of the H-2d, H-2p, and H-2r haplotypes. Cells from mice of the H-2b, H-2f, H-2g7, H-2q, and H-2s haplotypes do not express the I-E antigen.
