Miltenyi Biotec Clone REA564 recognizes non-polymorphic determinants of the mouse and rat RT1B antigen, also known as MHC class II antigen. MHC class II molecules are expressed in professional, immune antigen presenting cells, such as B lymphocytes, epidermal Langerhans cells, dendritic cells, some tissue macrophages, subsets of thymocytes, peritoneal mast cells, and small intestinal villus epithelium.
