Takara DNA SMART ChIP-Seq Kit - 48 A \48 Rxns

Takara ChIP sequencing (ChIP-seq) combines chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) with next-generation sequencing (NGS) to identify the location of protein binding to DNA. The DNA SMART ChIP-Seq Kit generates indexed ChIP-seq libraries suitable for NGS on Illumina sequencing platforms. Library complexity is preserved from as little as 500 pg of double-stranded or single-stranded input DNA. The kit utilizes Takara Bios DNA SMART technology; sequencing libraries are generated without the need for enzymatic cleanup or adapter ligations. All of the necessary reagents for producing ChIP-seq libraries are provided in this kit, including primer sets that contain Illumina high-throughput indexes.
