GenScript MonoRabTM Anti-DYKDDDDK Magnetic Beads are super paramagnetic beads with diameter of 70μm, covalently coated with a rabbit monoclonal anti-DYKDDDDK antibody. The beads are supplied as 50%slurry in TBS with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The MonoRabTM Anti-DYKDDDDK Magnetic Beadshave a binding capacity of 1.5 mg DYKDDDDK-tagged protein (Size: 50KDa) per 1 ml settled beads. The beadscan be re-used for at least 5 times.Based on our new rabbit monoclonal antibody technology (MonoRabTM), this beads offers high bindingcapacity, high purity, and withstand stringent washing steps, especially with buffers containing highconcentration of salt. The beads are resistant to up to 2 M NaCl, and to buffers with pH as low as 2.5. |
