Globe Scientific using a cold rack for PCR prep helps maintain stability of the mix. Globe Scientific PCR cold prep racks are designed to be kept in a freezer until time of use. The racks will maintain 4°c on the bench for roughly 3 hours and change color as they warm from 4°c to 7°c. PCR-coldp & PCR-coldy - these 96 well PCR cold work racks change from purple to pink or green to yellow as the rack warms from 4°c to 7°c.
