Also called TCRBV7S1Vβ7 is a multimembered subfamily of the T cell receptor. Vβ7.1 is expressed by 1.5% to 2.4% of CD3+ cells in normal blood. This sequence is also referred to as TRBV4-1, TRBV4-2, TRBV4-3 (based on the IMGT gene nomenclature).
