AG Scientific Tbe Buffer, Powder, 10 L

Tris-Borate-EDTA (TBE) buffer is commonly used in DNA and RNA polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and is also used for DNA automated sequencing gel. TBE is compatible with both non-denaturing and denaturing gels. It can be used for agarose gels but is not recommended for preparative gels for the recovery of nucleic acids. TBE has been utilized for pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) as well.
 

This product is a 10x concentrate, dry powder, homogeneous blend of molecular biology grade TRIS base, Boric Acid and EDTA.. Ready to use in gel electrophoresis after dilution.
