Takara Premix Taq DNA Polymerase Hot-Start Version \100 Rxns

Takara Taq DNA Polymerase is a recombinant version of full-length Taq polymerase that has the characteristics and capabilities as the native Taq polymerase, and is suitable for a variety of routine PCR applications. The hot-start version formulation also includes a monoclonal antibody against Taq polymerase within the enzyme blend to increase reaction specificity and reduce background. Includes a 2X premix that contains all necessary components (hot-start enzyme, buffer, dNTP mix) for assay setup.
