It Is Involved In Regulation Of Glucose Metabolism, Fat Degradation, Blood Pressure Levels, And Stress Inhibition. Cortisol Also Diffuses Into Cells, Where Its Level Is Highly Regulated By 11-Hydroxysteroid Dehydrogenase (Type 1 Or 2).
