This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Phospho-LRRK2 (Ser935) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from RAW-264.7 cells, cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 5 µg/mL LPS for 60 minutes and lysed in 5 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
