Amplification of human genomic DNA with TakaraLA TaqDNA Polymerase.Purified human genomic DNA (500 ng in a 50 µL reaction) was used as a template for PCR amplification of regions of the beta-globin locus and the TPA gene with TakaraLA Taqpolymerase. The sizes of the amplified products were 17.5 kb (lane 1), 21.5 kb (lane 2), and 27 kb (lane 3). Lane m contains High MW Markers (Fisher Scientific).
Amplification ofE. coligenomic DNA regions with TakaraLA Taqpolymerase.DNA fragments up to 38 kb were successfully amplified with the LA PCR Kit Version 2.1, facilitating studies using P1 and cosmid clones.
