RNA synthesis yield.In vitro transcription (IVT) reactions (200 μl reaction volume) were performed with T7 RNA polymerases from two companies: Takara Bio and a major competitor. The Positive Control Template (FLuc) was transcribed with CleanCap Reagent AG (TriLink). All T7 RNA polymerases, both from Takara Bio and the major competitor, showed high RNA yields.
