Takara Lyo-Ready One Step PrimeScript™ III RT-qPCR Mix

Lyo-Ready One Step PrimeScript III RT-qPCR Mix is designed to be directly incorporated into a lyophilization process. It contains the same robust chemistry as One Step PrimeScript III RT-PCR Mix (Cat # RR600A & RR600B) but with an excipient for lyophilization. No additional excipients are required.

Linear dynamic range of Lyo-Ready One Step PrimeScript III RT-qPCR Mix and Lyophilized One Step PrimeScript III RT-qPCR Mix compared to the One Step PrimeScript III RT-PCR Kit.Three replicates of a 7-fold dilution series of human RNA were tested using human GAPDH primers/probes with (PanelA) the One Step PrimeScript III RT-PCR Kit (Cat. #RR600), (PanelB) Lyo-Ready One Step PrimeScript III RT-qPCR Mix, or (Panel C) Lyophilized One Step PrimeScript III RT-qPCR Mix. For each RT-qPCR Mix, amplification curves and standard curve plots with PCR efficiency and R2values are shown. Lyo-ready and lyophilized one-step PrimeScript III demonstrate the same consistent amplification across all dilution series points as the One Step PrimeScript III RT-PCR Kit.

Performance of Lyo-Ready One Step PrimeScript III RT-qPCR Mix in a 5-plex assay.A 5-fold dilution series of human RNA was tested in a 5-plex assay using Lyo-Ready One Step PrimeScript III RT-qPCR Mix and primer/probe sets for the following human genes: ACTB, GAPDH, HRPT1, PPA, and RNAseP. The standard curve plot, PCR efficiency, and R2value for each gene target in the 5-plex assay are shown. Lyo-Ready One Step PrimeScript III RT-qPCR Mix maintained comparable performance for all 5 genes in the multiplex assay, as demonstrated by the standard curve plots, qPCR efficiencies, and R2values for each individual gene.
