Takara 5X PrimePath™ Probe qPCR Kit, no ROX, GPR

The 5X PrimePath Probe qPCR Kit, no ROX, GPR is a real-time PCR master mix containing TaKaRa Taq HS premixed with the buffers needed for probe-based qPCR using DNA samples. The 5X concentration of the master mix allows for increased sample volumes to improve sensitivity or the ability to add additional primer/probes for the development of multiplex assays.

Dynamic range of 5X PrimePath Probe qPCR Kit, no ROX, GPR. Human cDNA was amplified using humanGAPDHprimers/probes with 5X PrimePath Probe qPCR Kit, no ROX plus, GPR on a CFX96 Real-Time PCR System. Two replicates of a sixfold dilution series of human cDNA were tested. The amplification plot for the dilution series is shown.
