Includes an optimized, 2X premix comprised of PrimeSTAR GXL DNA Polymerase, reaction buffer, dNTPs, and a density reagent that allows for ultra-fast extension (5 sec/kb for ≤10 kb; 10 sec/kb for >10 kb).
