LymphoONE T-Cell Expansion Xeno-Free GMP Grade Medium (Prototype) is a xeno-free medium specifically formulated for efficient human T-lymphocyte (T-cell) expansion and transduction. The medium has been optimized to reduce variability of T-cell expansion in serum-free and xeno-free conditions. LymphoONE medium does not contain proteins or growth factors other than pharmaceutical-grade human serum albumin and recombinant human insulin. LymphoONE medium also contains L-glutamine and is confirmed to have low endotoxin levels (<0.3 EU/mL). LymphoONE T-Cell Expansion Xeno-Free GMP Grade Medium (Prototype) is manufactured in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
