Thomson Instrument Company Inversion Ring Stands are a component of the Optimum Growth System. The ring and stand are designed to hold 1.6L, 2.8L and 5L Optimum Growth flasks inverted while transfer caps being use to aseptically seed or transfer to another vessel. The modular design of this system allows components to be used interchangeably and assures that projects remain c-GMP compliant. The shake flasks are designed to hold up to 2x more cell culture media compared to traditional shake flasks, greatly increasing shaker efficiency. The Optimum Growth System consists of high efficiency standard and specialty flasks, transfer caps and the Rapid Clear Cap for media clarification. These flasks feature a unique low shear baffle design which increases aeration while maintaining cell viability and improving yields.
