Takara Lenti-X Maxi Purification Kit \5 Preps

The Lenti-X Maxi Purification Kit purifies lentivirus from crude supernatants, and produces outstanding yields of highly purified virus. The gravity column-based protocol is fast, simple, and effective. The Lenti-X column gently retains charged virus particles from the supernatant, while unbound material exits the column during the wash steps. The purified virus that is eluted from the column is recovered fully intact and fully functional.
