Plastic transfer pipettes are molded into one-piece units from low density polyethylene. They eliminate cross-contamination encountered with rubber buLbs and reduce exposure when working with hazardous or infectious samples. Ideal for all laboratory procedures that require fast and safe transferring of liquids. Pipettes can also be used as freeze vials or as storage and transport containers by merely heat sealing the tips closed after filling. They can be sterilized if required by gas or radiation. Pipettes are supplied non-sterile.
