Our installation service includes:

• Adaptation to ambient conditions at the place of use

• Instruction of operating personnel (no application training)

• Issuing an installation report

Customer Prerequisites:

• Device is at the installation site and has been sufficiently acclimatized

• The installation place is freely accessible

• Calibration certificate with ISO | IEC 17025 accreditation
• USP <41> certificate
• USP <1251> test report
• Balance test report
• Minimum weight certificate according Eur. Pharmacopoeia (2.1.7.)
• GLP | GMP compliant equipment qualification
• Integration of the devices in laboratory processes

An initial calibration at the place of use is imperative to ensure the traceability of measurement results.
